ToolWatch Labels and Tags Designed for the Most Unforgiving Environments
Built for the Harshest Treatment
Built for today's harsh construction conditions, Our most durable bar code labels are guaranteed for the life of the tool and represent the fastest means of checking-in and checking-out tools and equipment.
ToolWatch labels are manufactured with a strong adhesive that permanently adheres to a wide range of tool surfaces - including metal, plastic, wood and rubber. Metal labels are either riveted to the tool or applied with an epoxy compound, depending on the size and dimensions of the tool. Labels are also photographically composed, a process that guarantees the highest degree of scanning accuracy the first time. Take a look at the durability profiles of these remarkable labels.
How They Work
Labels enable scanning devices to scan quickly and with increased accuracy. Tool numbers provide the link between the tool and its corresponding number in the database. This tool ID number never changes (it's likely the number you had previously assigned to that item). The label number, on the other hand, is the bar code number applied to the tool. This number corresponds to the tool number and can be changed should a label need replacing.
