Streamlined Purchasing and Receiving

ToolWatch Enterprise was especially designed to help you streamline the tool and material purchasing and receiving process. Low-level alerts notify you when items reach their reorder points. Mobile devices extend purchasing and receiving functionality to the yard and jobsites. And the automated PO-creation and receiving process saves you time and increases PO and inventory accuracy.

Key Features:

Low-Level Browser
ToolWatch allows you to set desired levels for tools and materials, including minimum and maximum thresholds for every item. When an item approaches its trigger point, ToolWatch automatically alerts you. You can then easily select items to purchase and electronically send them to a purchase order.

Vendor and Product Data
The vendor address, account numbers, e-mail and all other pertinent information are automatically filled in for you when you write a new PO. You can even upload vendor-specific SKUs, catalog numbers, percentage discounts and negotiated pricing for each item. This enables you to easily spot over-billing - even compile an over-charge report you can present to the vendor, including all the necessary details to request credits due.

PO Browser
The PO Browser allows you to view, sort, print and edit POs from one convenient location. You can also select a PO, send it via e-mail or fax, open a receiving ticket, and track receipts, cancellations and back orders.

Receiving Ticket
ToolWatch receiving tickets are automatically generated for each purchase order. The receiving ticket can be generated and displayed on the desktop or on a mobile handheld device. As each item is received, the receiving ticket communicates with the original PO to track the remaining items to receive. It also communicates the actual purchase price for each item, calculates the new average cost and automatically updates your inventory.
