ToolWatch client wins Constructech Vision Award
Technology solves critical business issues for SelectBuild
DENVER, October 20, 2006—ToolWatch, a company that provides tool, equipment and materials management systems, announced that SelectBuild (formerly known as BMC Construction), a subsidiary of BMHC, has been awarded the Constructech Vision Award. ToolWatch was also honored for its role in the successful implementation of a comprehensive tool, equipment and materials management system that integrates with software throughout the organization. In-place accounting and job-costing software were key components of this implementation.

By customizing a solution to fit software products SelectBuild already had in place, ToolWatch and SelectBuild were able to design a system for managing tools, equipment and materials that has already resulted in close to $500,000 annual savings and that can easily be rolled out to as many as 30-50 additional company sites.
SelectBuild and ToolWatch accepted their awards in an August 23, 2006, ceremony held in Chicago. The Vision Awards are given annually to companies that have displayed innovation in the way they apply technology to solve business problems. This marks the third year ToolWatch has won a Vision Award, and the fourth time overall the company and its clients have received the honor.
