Avoid tedious data entry. ToolWatch stores all of your vendors' addresses, account numbers, e-mails and all other pertinent information, keeping you from having to enter that data when you write a new PO.
Store Vendor SKUs and Pricing
Upload vendor-specific SKUs, catalog numbers, percentage discounts and negotiated pricing for each item, improving accuracy and enabling easier detection of over-billing.
Price and Delivery Comparison
Compare vendors quickly and easily to ensure the best price. And if you're charged more than your negotiated price, ToolWatch informs you of the discrepancy and provides support documentation to simplify vendor follow-up and invoice correction.
Low-Level Browser
ToolWatch allows you to set desired levels for tools and materials, including minimum and maximum thresholds for every item. When an item approaches its trigger point, ToolWatch automatically alerts you. You can then easily select items to purchase and electronically send them to a purchase order.
PO Ticket
Purchase inventory items. Track their receipts, cancellations and back orders. Verify shipping, tax and delivery information. Send POs via e-mail or fax. All from one centralized database.
PO Browser
The PO Browser allows you to view, sort, print and edit POs from one convenient location. You can also select a PO, open a receiving ticket, indicate what items were received, and track cancellations and back orders.
Receiving Ticket
ToolWatch receiving tickets are automatically generated for each PO. As each item is received, the receiving ticket communicates with the original PO to track the remaining items to receive, calculate the new average cost and automatically update inventory.
Receiving Wizard with New Tool Records
ToolWatch automatically creates new tool records upon receiving a new item. A pending list enables accurate completion of new tool records, even if items are shipped directly to the site.
