  • Analyzing customer health metrics and proactively engaging where needed to drive platform adoption
  • Working strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
  • Meeting or exceeding customer retention and upsell objectives

In all cases, the successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • We require a proven, successful, salesperson with 3+ years of a documented track record managing existing accounts within a SaaS or highly recurring tech-enabled Services environment, preferably within the broadly defined construction or blue-collar SaaS category (warehouse, fleet, distribution, etc.)
  • Ability to effectively build relationships in person and virtually
  • Experience with negotiation and navigating within an organization to ensure that the multiple points of contact are engaged
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, understand and explain the value proposition of the platform

In addition, the company offers disability, life insurance, PTO and a 401(k) plan with match as well as a generous time away policy. As a ToolWatch employee, you will be eligible to participate in health benefit programs starting on the first of the month following your employment start date.
