Account Executive (AE)

Highly motivated Sales Executive to manage the end-to-end sales process in North America. You will be responsible for creating and managing a target account prospecting plan (maintained in SFDC) including target accounts, contact plan and follow up plan. The Account Executive will be instrumental in driving new revenue opportunities, scheduling meetings through Partners, cold calls and other channels, with a key focus on negotiating and closing deals at a Senior level.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex Enterprise sales-cycles, building strong effective buying relationships, comfortable positioning to C-level executives
  • Responsible for positioning ToolWatch solutions and managing the overall relationship within a set number of Strategic Target accounts
  • Lead sales engagements with Enterprise accounts, building relationships and trust, foster collaboration and customer experience
  • Ability convey the value proposition of ToolWatch and demonstrate our product, services and technology in face-to-face meetings and via web presentations
  • Develop a strategic territory plan to meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue objectives
  • Responsible for coordinating with the extended ToolWatch team (Pre-Sales, Management, Account Development) to progress opportunities.
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales goals by developing an account strategy and pipeline
  • Managing internal and client processes, maintaining sales reports, develop market and competitor knowledge,
  • Delivery of presentations to customers and creation of sales proposals.
  • Conduct discovery and execute on the sales process to uncover the needs of large, enterprise companies
  • Work closely with our Partner Team and Partners directly to identify opportunities
  • Act as coach and mentor to Account Development Reps you work with on prospecting

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS Sales Experience in a closing role
  • Experience in leading, developing and closing complex sales cycles
  • You effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives
  • Experienced individual contributor selling to large, complex strategic accounts
  • Define strategy for acquisition, development and expansion of targeted logos in territory
  • Ability to quickly develop trust amongst both mid-level and senior management
  • Team player attitude who can get the best out of the virtual account team and supporting departments whilst prioritizing, coordinating and applying resources where needed
  • Most of all, you possess a highly developed, effective selling style

The ToolWatch benefit program includes health, dental and vision coverage. In addition, the company offers disability, life insurance, PTO and a 401(k) plan. As a ToolWatch employee, you will be eligible to participate in health benefit programs starting on the first of the month following your employment start date. Salary range for this position is $145,000 - $165,000 OTE

Business Development Representative (BDR)

ToolWatch is hiring for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in the US to extend ToolWatch’s first-class offering to our growing audience. As a BDR, you will be focused on interacting with potential customers of all levels, promoting ToolWatch’s products and services as well as strategizing with key stakeholders at prospective customers.

Responsibilities

  • Business development — Qualify leads and opportunities by using a solution-based approach and deliver the ToolWatch value proposition
  • Pipeline Building — Confident in building a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities through outbound channels, Marketing and Sales
  • Engagement — Nurture and maintain active engagement with new and existing opportunities through creative communications
  • KPI’s — Responsible for achieving defined opportunity targets and Actively driving towards Monthly/Quarterly goals as outlined by Global BDR Manager
  • Plan — Ability to clearly structure a Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly plan to achieve set KPI’s

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience in a similar sales qualification environment or ADR/BDR/SDR experience
  • Previous experience in sales/software/tech
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM - essential
  • Excellent at opportunity qualification and lead generation
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of sales target achievements
  • Ability to build a trusting relationship with a potential customer
  • Comfortable with objection handling
  • Self-sufficient, enthusiastic and motivated
  • Creative and innovative with the ability to identify and develop opportunities
  • Resourceful, flexible, articulate, hardworking and consistent

Product Owner

ToolWatch is hiring a Product Owner for our product team. The ideal candidate is always looking for ways to improve a product or service to make it better, faster, and more user-friendly. You are responsible for producing technology solutions from concept to delivery that are changing the way our customers manage their construction operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the product backlog, capturing stakeholder requests, and collaborating with the engineering team to groom and schedule work
  • Work with all stakeholders to capture their feedback and enroll them in the process
  • Execute against the roadmap using an empirical process, tracking burn up against committed sprint and quarterly scope
  • Be the local resource for development to answer "what is the next highest priority work" and "is this acceptable to the customer"; i.e. be the voice of the customer
  • Collaborate with Marketing to stage and communicate new features and enhancements to existing customers, and the broader market
  • Be a good communicator, listening with empathy, and driving consensus diplomatically
  • Communicate progress against the roadmap regular to the company, and occasionally to customers and prospects
  • Collaborate with the head of product to inform the mid-range and long-term roadmap, and then to convert roadmap items into tactical plans
  • Collaborate with Engineering leadership to understand how to best execute with the engineering team, and be responsive to estimated investment as well as expected return
  • Create mockups and prototypes to assist with development
  • Analyze metrics to understand customer and product performance

Qualifications

  • Experience in the construction market
  • Working knowledge of scrum software development, with SaaS experience a plus
  • Experience running projects, including managing scope, communicating risks, and facilitating tradeoff conversations
  • Technically savvy
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Overall, just be a positive, optimistic, energetic, and humble human being
