How do I get my employees trained on ToolWatch?

ToolWatch offers three ways to train your employees. We offer online live training via Zoom, in-person training at our ToolWatch Training Center in Denver, and self-guided training via our ToolWatch University collection of videos. 

How do I get my data into the ToolWatch system?

A ToolWatch Implementation Specialist will walk you through how to transfer your data using our Migration Template. If you do not have existing data, our Technical Training Team will teach you how to enter your data into ToolWatch. If you're integrating with another system, your Implementation Specialist will assist in setting up the integration and syncing necessary data.

How does ToolWatch work?

How many user licenses come with ToolWatch?

Is there an extra charge if I need more users in the system?

ToolWatch does not limit the number of users that can be added to an account; any number of users may be added without increasing the cost. We believe the more people using the system, the more accurate and valuable the information will be. ToolWatch also supports any number of stocking and field locations at no additional cost. Does ToolWatch offer a GPS tracking solution?

Can you use RFID with ToolWatch? BLE?

Yes! ToolWatch supports many scanning and tracking technologies, including RFID, BLE, barcodes, and more. And best of all, you can mix and match these as needed.

Is ToolWatch suitable for managing fleets of vehicles and heavy equipment?

Absolutely. Several of ToolWatch's customers use our platform to track and manage their fleets of vehicles and heavy equipment, thanks to our integration with GPS Insight and ToolWatch's built-in equipment management capabilities. Furthermore, we are continuously working to enhance our platform by adding new features and functionalities to support fleet and heavy equipment management.

Does ToolWatch have safety checklists?

Yes! ToolWatch recently acquired Safety Reports, which offers robust mobile safety management solutions for safety consultants, including safety checklists and compliance reporting. ToolWatch offers EHS management capabilities for construction companies within the platform.

Does ToolWatch track employee time?

No, ToolWatch does not offer time and attendance tracking at this time.
